Our End of the Bargain

Place your order with Overnight or Two-Day shipping… 

  • before 3 PM EST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded)🡪your goodies will leave us the same day  
  • Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM EST any day🡪 we’ll start packing it up the next business day 


We send out our creations with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). 

  • UPS Two-Day shipping🡪2 business days  
  • UPS Overnight shipping🡪next business day


USPS aims to maintain its shipping deadlines, but delays concerning the COVID-19 crisis are possible.


Confirmation and Tracking

We send a confirmation email with all your tracking info once your package has been shipped.  You can also login to the My Account page on our website, find your order, and start the countdown. 


International Shipping

International shipping may incur additional charges (local taxes, tariffs, and duties) to be paid by the customer, of which Sign Me Up Style, LLC is not associated.  Good news though, most countries calculate these charges at checkout, so there are no surprises upon delivery.


APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Military handling time may delay delivery up to 45 business days.


Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not happy, we’re definitely not. So, we have a 30-day return policy and you can request a refund or exchange on the member portal (you’ll need to sign up) or by emailing us your return request ( We’ll send you the free return shipping label after we process your request, which may take up to 2 business days.  You send us back your product in its original condition and packaging and we’ll email your refund approval or rejection notice.  If approved, your refund (minus initial shipping costs) will be in your original payment account in 3-5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved and you haven’t received it yet, contact your original payment provider to see if the payment is still pending.  Please contact us at if your provider doesn’t have a record of your refund.
